At CK WELLNESS FITNESS (202103029747), we are committed to providing high-quality personal training services. To ensure the best experience for all clients and to maintain a professional schedule, we adhere to the following policies regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. General Refund Policy

  • Services: All personal training sessions and packages are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law or in the case of a documented medical emergency.

2. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens; however, to respect the trainer’s time and other clients’ schedules:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of that session (the session will be charged in full).
  • No-Shows: If a client fails to appear for a scheduled session without notice, the session will be charged in full.

3. Package Expiration

  • To encourage consistency and results, all training packages have an expiration date:
    • 5-Session Packages: Expire [30/60] days from the date of purchase.
    • 10+ Session Packages: Expire [90] days from the date of purchase.
  • Unused sessions after the expiration date are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

4. Medical and Exceptional Circumstances

  • If a client becomes unable to train due to a documented medical condition (physician’s note required), the remaining balance of a package may be frozen for up to [6] months or refunded on a pro-rata basis at the discretion of management.
